1. Slide the patch into place
Slide your Signal Core patch into the mesh pouch on the soft supportive wrap. (We have already completed this step for you for ease of first-time use.) Since the active Signal Relief technology is sandwiched between the layers of the patch, there is no wrong way to insert it.
2. Position against your body
Position the soft supportive wrap against your lower back or lumbar area, with the patch situated directly over or slightly above the area of discomfort. Ensure the placement of the wrap is tight enough for the patch to make close contact with your body, while still being comfortable for all-day wear.
