Keep your Signal Step insert in place within your shoes with our acrylic adhesives. These durable adhesives are designed to keep your Signal Step firmly in place with every stride – great for those participating in high-impact activities or using Signal Step for long-term wear. 

Note: Signal Step adhesives are NOT intended for use on skin. Place one side of the adhesive on the back of the Signal Step insert and adhere to the insole of your shoe.

How to Use

1. Peel adhesive circle from the paper backing

2. Place the adhesive on the solid blue side of the Signal Step insert

3. Bend at the center line of adhesive dot & peel back the plastic liner

4. Secure the adhesive to the inside of your shoe

Note: The adhesives are NOT intended for use on skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I trim the Signal Step to fit my shoe size?

No. Signal Step is universally sized to fit most shoes.

Please do not cut, trim, or alter the inserts in any way. Modifying the physical structure may impact performance and will void the 6-month product warranty.

How long can I wear a Signal Step each day?

Signal Step is safe to wear throughout the day during normal activities, including work, exercise, and extended periods of standing or walking.

Can I wear just one insert?

Signal Step is designed to be worn as a pair, but some customers choose to wear a single insert depending on their needs. Comfort and results may vary.

How do I clean the Signal Step?

• Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap

• Allow to air dry completely

• Do not submerge in water or use harsh cleaners

If the inserts become damp from sweat or weather, remove them from your shoes and allow them to dry fully before reuse.
