Needs Better Seal

"I purchased my first patch over a year ago. I'm an everyday user with chronic pain and use in the front stomach area. I place the patch in the front of my underwear to keep it secure. I find that the patch is not very flexible, it crackles when I move and bend over. After about 6 months the patch got a huge bubble in the middle that eventually worked its way out to the sides. I was sent a second patch. Another six months and the edges are splitting apart. There is nothing protecting the seal on the patch. It's two seperate pieces glued together. For something so expensive I would have hoped it to be better quality. Or maybe have a silicone protector? The patch stickers are too inconvenient. Really wanting to Love this product but hoping there can be improvements in development!"

I'm happy with Jovi overall, but it NEEDS to come in MORE SIZES and SHAPES.

"I purchased both the Jovi and the smaller Signal Relief. I really like the Jovi overall, and I do not like the Signal Relief at all. Some say this technology is only a placebo affect, and that is certainly possible. But I tend to have the opposite of placebo affect with almost everything, finding pain relief with very few things outside of the increasingly elusive prescription pain killers. But I do feel like this helps! Nothing earth-shattering. And there are days when I don't feel like it's helping even a tiny bit, no matter where I place it. But most of the time when I'm using it, I do feel like my chronic pain in that area is minimized. The Jovi patch is super soft and flexible. I've used it on my hip almost all day, almost every day, for months now, and it pretty much looks and feels brand new. In contrast, the Signal Relief is stiff and unwieldy. I told the agent I made this dual purchase through that I would be using it for my heel, and she recommended the smaller SR patch for that. But no matter how I place it, I can't get it to conform to my heel at all. I messaged SR and explained everything, and was told to use a sock or foot wrap to hold it in place, so I tried that for part of one day until I ripped it out and threw it across the room. It basically felt like I took a scratchy, stiff piece of cardstock and shoved it in my sock. I hate it. I wish every single day that they would make the Jovi-type patch available in many other sizes and shapes. I cannot possibly be the only person with foot/ankle/heel pain, and neither patch in any available size works for that issue. PS: If they would like to contact me, I have a great suggestion for how to make this work well for foot/ankle/heel pain. :-)"

I love jovi. Its so

"I love jovi. Its so much better to keep it in place.. i need the monthly sticky patches to put on my jovi.im using the it on my neck.most of the time ive got at least 2 on .we one signal one jovi.last night i had a terrible stomach ache after eat ing a pot pie.well .i remembered that commerical about the patch on the stomach ache ..IT WORKED .I MEAN IN 2 MINUTES .GONE.DID NOT HA VE TO TAKE MY STOMACH MEDS AT ALL..PRAISE GOD FOR SIGNAL!"
